Joelicia D. Dean joined Graham Thompson as an Associate in 2015, after having completed her pupillage with the Firm.  She works closely with Partners in the Litigation Practice Group, with a concentration in the areas of civil and commercial law and dispute resolution.

Joelicia studied law at the University of Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England, where she earned her LLB in 2012.  She went on to complete the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at The University of West of England, Bristol, England in 2013.  Additionally, she has trained with the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Group of London, having successfully completed the Civil and Commercial Mediation Course in 2013.

Joelicia has appeared as junior counsel in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal in The Bahamas in matters involving banking, finance, employment disputes, matrimonial matters, contentious real estate matters and corporate and commercial disputes.
