Edward J. Marshall II is an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group based in the Freeport office. He joined the Firm in 2011.
Edward is experienced in a wide variety of commercial and civil litigation matters. He has successfully represented corporate clients and individuals in instances of employment litigation and labour disputes, including terminations and subsequent dealings with the Labour Board and Industrial Tribunal. He has developed a particular interest in commercial fraud and white collar crime, and understands the extreme sensitivity of these matters from a public relations perspective.
He works closely with the Partners of the Property & Development Practice Group on contentious real estate matters including property tax disputes, title questions, and landlord/tenant issues. Further, Edward works regularly as part of Graham Thompson’s contentious Trust & Estates Practice Group on complex litigation matters.
Edward was recently appointed a Director of the Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce for the 2015 - 2017 term, where he is the Chairman of the Ethics and Legislative Committee.
