Anastasia Campbell became a Partner in Graham Thompson on January 1st, 2016, after working as an Associate Attorney with the Firm since 2007.

Anastasia specializes in corporate and commercial transactional work, including regulatory advisory work and inward investment Government projects across several industry sectors.

She is further the Practice Area Coordinator for all attorneys at Graham Thompson who work on insurance matters.   This practice group advises on all aspects of domestic and external reinsurance operations, including registration, operation, licensing and corporate requirements.

She is recognized by her peers and clients for having an analytical and detailed eye, combined with a sound understanding of commercial goals, key attributes for success in her chosen specialties.  In the 2016 edition of the IFLR 1000, she was chosen as a “Rising Star” for her work in the corporate and financial arena.

In 2009, Anastasia obtained her USA Series 6 License, administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).  In 2013 she was awarded a scholarship by the Bahamas Financial Services Board (BFSB) and the Insurance Commission of The Bahamas to obtain an Associates in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation, which she plans to complete in 2016.

Anastasia obtained her LL.B from the University of Manchester and her LL.M (Masters in US Commercial Law) from Wake Forest University, North Carolina.  She is admitted to the English and Bahamas Bars and is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
