Michaela is a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.

Her litigation practice has encompassed a broad range of matters including contractual disputes, personal injuries, and medical malpractice. She also has an extensive practice in transactional matters.

Recent engagements include:

  • Representing a local banking institution on a regulatory matter involving proceeds of crime legislation.
  • Defending and advising a local employer in a dispute regarding employee disengagement due to redundancy.
  • Representing and advising a property owner in a trespass action.
  • Representing homeowners in a contractual dispute with contractors.
