Damian E. Neville

Damian Neville is an Associate and member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. He joined the Firm in 2011. Damian primarily advises on insurance law, including personal injury and fatal accidents claims.

Representative work includes:

• Assisting lead counsel in representing local insurance companies at the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal level;
• Part of work-team advising foreign counsel on matters involving Bahamian tort law; and

• Assisting with commercial litigation actions involving the tracing and recovery of assets located within the Bahamas.
