Pembroke Williams is a Partner in the firm’s Property and Development Practice Group.

His practice is focused primarily on the representation of commercial banks in the area of residential and commercial real estate and mortgages, for private clients in property finance, sales and purchases and in advising on and applying for all governmental and requisite approvals.

  • Advising the developer of a large subdivision where government utilities interfered with the sale of residential lots.
  • Refinancing residential loans for numerous clients.
  • Restructuring loans for clients who were unable to meet monthly mortgage payments to prevent payment defaults.
  • Researching and resolving complex generational title issues, that would have impaired the ability of the vendor to offer lots with clear title, for a large residential development.
