Sarah Packington is a Partner in the firm’s Financial Services, Private Client, Trusts and Estates Practice Group.
Sarah’s practice is focused primarily on banking and finance, corporate, commercial and securities, cross-border commercial transactions, including complex structured financing transactions with international lenders and other financial institutions and in advising on and applying for all governmental approvals. She acts for financial institutions on a variety of regulatory matters on both a transactional and emergency advisory basis.
She also acts for private and institutional clients on setting up investment funds and advising from inception and structuring through to licensing. She is also very experienced in general corporate and commercial matters including company incorporations, continuations (or re-domiciliations), mergers and acquisitions, liquidations, corporate restructurings, start-ups, private equity funds, and various other regulatory matters within the securities industry.
