CAMPBELL NAMED WSG BOARD CHAIR ELECT 2022-2023
October 12, 2022Nassau, The Bahamas – The law firm of GrahamThompson is pleased to announce the election of Anastasia Campbell, Partner and COO of GTC Corporate Services Limited (GTCCS), to the World Services Group (WSG) 2022-2023 Board of Directors and her appointment as Chair Elect to the Board of Directors.
In response to her election at the WSG’s 2022 Annual Meeting, Ms. Campbell underscored, “WSG is today a very strong and collaborative global organization through the hard work of Stefan Erhag at Delphi, Chair Emeritus, Board Members, Regional Councils, and all of our WSG member firms. I am honored to serve as Chair Elect of such a successful organization and with members who are focused on offering the highest quality, value and service to clients. I look forward to continuing to add value to WSG and its prestigious Membership.”
Ms. Campbell was first elected to the WSG Board of Directors in 2020. She will serve a one-year term in the role of Chair Elect. As Chair Elect she will work collaboratively with WSG leadership in assessing the strategic future and progress of the WSG mission and objectives.
Other newly elected Board officers for 2022-2023 include: Chair, Herman H. Raspe from Patterson Belknap; Secretary, André Vautour from Lavery Lawyers; Treasurer, David Gutierrez from BLP and Chair Emeritus, Stefan Erhag from Delphi. WSG’s 16-member Board of Directors represents every region of the world.
GTCCS is a licensed financial service provider affiliate of GrahamThompson. Ms. Campbell is also a member of the GrahamThompson’s Financial Services, Private Client, Trusts and Estates Practice Group. Her practice is primarily focused in corporate and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, asset finance, immigration, regulatory matters and inward investment Government projects across several industry sectors.
Judith Whitehead, GrahamThompson’s Managing Partner served on the WSG Board from 2016 to 2020.
Three new Board Directors were also elected at the 2022 Annual Meeting: Jaimie Robledo Vásquez from Brigard Urrutia; Rafael Calvo Salinero of Garrigues and Shahira Khaled from Al Kamel Law Office.
