Nassau, The Bahamas – The law firm of Graham Thompson releases it’s first “Graham Thompson 2018 Year in Review”. A compilation of some of the papers and speeches written and presented by Graham Thompson Partners during 2018. The publication comprises eight papers:

- “Let’s Rethink: What do we have? What do we need?” A presentation to the February 2018 Grand Bahama Business Outlook by Freeport based Partner, Erica Paine.
- “The Bahamas’ Place in a Cryptographic World” A Whitepaper, by Partner, Aliya G. Allen. The paper was first released at the March 2018, International Business and Finance Summit (IBFS), hosted by The Bahamas Financial Services Board (BFSB).
- “Base Erosion Profit Sharing Initiative, The Implications for The Bahamas”, by Partner Ryan Pinder, which was presented at the March 2018, International Business and Finance Summit (IBFS), hosted by The Bahamas Financial Services Board (BFSB).
- “Asset Protection Trusts Under Bahamian Law”. A paper by Partner, Tanya R. Hanna. The paper will appear in the Fourth Edition of Asset Protection Trusts by Milton Grundy, Joe Field and John Briggs. Key Haven Publications Ltd.
- “Recent Trust Case Update”. A presentation by Partner Tanya R. Hanna at the 2018 STEP Caribbean Conference held in Barbados.
- “Some Reflections on the Reality and the Vision for Bahamian Financial Services”. A presentation by Senior Partner Sean McWeeney, QC, at the AML/CFT Conference hosted by the Central Bank of The Bahamas in September 2018.
- “Bahamas Regulatory Initiatives Driven by Compliance and Innovation”. A paper by Aliya G. Allen, which will appear in the 2018/2019 IFC Review.
