Practice

Anastasia Campbell is a Partnerin the firm’s Corporate and Financial Services Practice. She is also the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of GTC Corporate Services Limited (“GTCCS”), a licensed financial service provider affiliate of Graham Thompson.

Her practice is primarily focused in corporate and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, asset finance, immigration, regulatory matters and inward investment Government projects across several industry sectors.

Recent engagements

Part of work team representing a borrower as local counsel in a re-financing of its Bahamian assets concerning a major Bahamian resort property and related joint venture interests, which included advising on corporate and commercial and obtaining requisite multi-departmental Bahamian Government approvals for the transaction.
Part of work team representing a major international debt fund as local counsel in the sale of local businesses, real property and related joint venture interests, which included advising on corporate and commercial and obtaining multi-departmental Bahamian Government approvals for the sale and numerous relevant operating licenses.
Part of work team representing private island owner on the establishment of a boutique hotel and related facilities, which included advising on and negotiating requisite multi-departmental Bahamian Government approvals.
Advising international lending institutions on structured financing, secured lending and other trans-national financial matters.
Part of work-team for estate planning/succession-oriented re-structuring of assets for high-net worth families.
