Brynae’s practice is primarily focused on the sale and acquisition of commercial and residential real estate, real estate financing, title due diligence, and requisite applications to governmental and regulatory agencies. Brynae also practices intellectual property law, namely the registration of trademarks, patents and design copyrights.

Recent engagements

Representing vendors and purchasers in the sale and acquisition of property and the subsequent drafting and review of Agreements for Sale, Conveyances, and other deeds relating to the conveyancing process.
Drafting and review of residential and commercial leases.
Drafting and review of Mortgages and other financing documents.
Representing local lenders in the financing and refinancing of various residential and commercial properties including the $8 million refinancing of commercial property, $2 million refinancing of a condominium unit and the refinancing of high valued residential property.
Drafting applications to the Bahamas Investment Authority, the Central Bank of The Bahamas, and the Hotel Licensing Department.
