Nia Rolle-Campbell is a Partner in the firm’s Private Client and Trusts, and Tax Practices.

Her practice focuses on advising high net worth individuals and families as well as fiduciaries on complex asset protection and estate planning matters. Her work spans the establishment and administration of trusts, the preparation of wills and the creation of private trust companies and foundations.

Nia advises trustees on fiduciary obligations and counsels family offices cross-border structuring issues, working closely with international advisers to deliver coordinated and practical solutions for multi-jurisdictional families. She is known for providing commercially minded advice that balances legal and operational considerations.

She has contributed to respected publications including, "Construction of a Legacy: Not What You Leave Behind but What You Build", published in the Winter 2025 Issue of The Bahamas Global Wealth Journal.

Advising high net worth families with cross-border assets and coordinating with international legal and tax advisers on the restructuring of complex trust structures, including the establishment and ongoing use of private trust companies, to support long-term succession planning and the preservation of family wealth.
Leading the restructuring of asset protection and business holding structures, including the use of Bahamian foundations and IBCs, to align business succession objectives with personal estate planning, tax efficiency, and long-term asset protection.
Advising international high net worth families on comprehensive estate planning matters, including the preparation of Bahamian wills, enduring powers of attorney, and health care proxies.
Advising trustees in connection with the acquisition of high-value assets by family trusts, including fiduciary duties, governance safeguards, and risk management considerations.
Supporting the establishment of family offices for multi-generational families.
