Tanya is a Partner in the firm’s Private Client and Trusts Practice. Her practice focuses primarily on estate planning including the drafting and preparation of trusts and wills, the establishment and registration of foundations and private trust companies and advising on probate matters.
She advises trust companies in matters pertaining to the establishment of trust structures and in trust administration; and also provides advice on company law and regulatory compliance matters for a wide range of domestic and international clients.
