Graham Thompson is a Chambers Global Top Firm

Nassau, The Bahamas – The law firm of Graham Thompson – Bahamas and Turks and Caicos – has once again been recognised for industry excellence, by the prestigious Chambers and Partners, including the top Band 1 ranking in general business law, which is the highest firm ranking.

Covering 185 jurisdictions, the London-based Chambers and Partners sets a global standard for legal services, with its deeply researched, peer review-based rankings of the best-of-the best in the legal profession around the world

This recognition is particularly significant for the firm, as Graham Thompson retains its spot among the world’s leaders, for another consecutive year. Several of Graham Thompson’s attorneys also hold significant recognitions for their individual achievements.

Sean McWeeney QC, a senior partner in Graham Thompson, and head of the firm’s corporate and financial services practice group is once again Band 1 ranked by Chambers and Partners. Commenting on this recognition of the former Bahamas Attorney General, Chambers emphasised that he “is regularly named as one of the foremost Bahamian authorities on trusts and estate planning”.

Robert Adams, a senior partner and head of the firm’s dispute resolution practice for its Bahamas offices – New Providence and Grand Bahama – is also a Band 1 attorney. Along with senior partner Dana Wells, who is head of the firm’s property and development practice group. Both gentlemen have received this prestigious recognition in several consecutive years. Noted for his exceptional work in real estate, Graham Thompson Consultant Counsel Craig Roberts, also again receives the Chambers and Partners, highest ranking. Stephen Wilson QC, who heads the firm’s Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands office, leading that office’s dispute resolution practice is also Band 1 ranked.

New to the rankings is Graham Thompson partner and member of the firm’s corporate and financial services practice group Michelle Pindling-Sands. Litigator Tony Gruchot, an associate in the firm’s Providenciales office, is recognised as an Associate to Watch.
