GT PARTNER CAMPBELL ELECTED TO WSG BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Nassau, The Bahamas – GrahamThompson is pleased to announce that Partner Anastasia Campbell has been elected to the World Services Group (WSG) 2020-2021 Board of Directors. Anastasia will serve a four-year term, working collaboratively with WSG leadership in assessing the strategic future and progress of the WSG mission and objectives.
She joins a Board of sixteen directors representing every region of the world. The new Board will be lead by Chairman Ramon Moyano of Beccar Varela. Other Board officers include Chairman Elect, Stefan Erhag of Delphi; Board Secretary Adam Handley of MinterEllison; Treasurer Yvon Dreano from Jeantet; and J. Michael Bernard of Dykema, who is Chairman Emeritus.
Anastasia is a Partner in GrahamThompson and also COO of GTC Corporate Services Limited (“GTCCS”), a licensed financial service provider affiliate of Graham Thompson. A member of the firm’s Financial Services, Private Client, Trusts and Estates Practice Group, her practice is primarily focused in corporate and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, asset finance, immigration, regulatory matters and inward investment Government projects across several industry sectors.
Anastasia was announced as one of the three new Directors at The WSG Global Symposium & 2020 Annual Meeting. Jesus Colunga of Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C. and Paul Carlyle from Shepherd and Wedderburn LLP are the Board’s other newest members.
Judith Whitehead, GrahamThompson’s Managing Partner served on the WSG Board from 2016 to 2020.
