Marshall is a New GT Partner

Freeport, Grand Bahama – Edward J Marshall II has been named a Partner, in the Law Firm of Graham Thompson. A litigator based in Graham Thompson’s office in Freeport, Grand Bahama, Marshall joined the firm in 2011. He is a member of Graham Thompson’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. His practice areas span both commercial and civil litigation matters and includes employment litigation and labour disputes, contentious real estate matters and contentious trusts and estate litigation matters.

He holds a Bachelor of Law Honours degree from the University of Buckingham in England, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Comparative Religion from Tufts University in the US. Marshall was called to the Bar of England and Wales, and to the Bahamas Bar, in 2011. He is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and the Bahamas Bar Association.

He is active in the private business community, and in 2018, he was reappointed as Chair of the Ethics and Legislative Committee of the Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce.
