GrahamThompson is pleased to announce that Zia Lewis-Adams, Jayel Gibson-Rahming, Sean McWeeney Jr., Sydney Rolle and Charisma Romer-Cartwright have been admitted to the firm’s Partnership. Zia and Sydney are based in the firm’s Grand Bahama office. Jayel, Sean and Charisma are based in the firm’s main New Providence office.
Speaking on the new additions to the firm’s Partnership, Managing Partner Judy Whitehead, KC said, “these appointments are especially significant for all of us at GT because they represent all of the things we value most as far as the professional environment that we foster in our law firm and the institutional values that we hold ourselves to – education, development, exposure and growth.

Zia Lewis-Adams is a Partner in GrahamThompson’s Property Practice. She joined the firm as a Pupil in 2015, becoming an Associate in 2016.
Jayel Gibson-Rahming is a Partner in the GrahamThompson’s Corporate &Financial Services Practice. From a start as a summer intern in 2016, Jayel joined the firm in 2017 as a Pupil. In 2018 she became an Associate.
Sean McWeeney Jr. is a Partner in GrahamThompson’s Financial Services and Private Client Practices. He joined the firm as a Pupil in 2018, becoming an Associate in 2019.
Sydney Rolle is a Partner in GrahamThompson’s Property and Tax Practices. She joined the firm as a Pupil in 2019 and became an Associate in2020.
Charisma Romer-Cartwright is a Partner in GrahamThompson’s Corporate &Financial Services and Private Clients & Trusts Practices. She joined GrahamThompson as an Associate in 2022 after working in the financial services sector as a Trusts Officer.
