5. 20th March 2020:Exempted Businesses and Undertakings No. 2– Exempted:

f. Cloud Carib Limited

Provided that only essential workers necessary for the performance of the core functions are utilized while adhering at all times to the social distancing requirements specified in the Order

6. 24th March 2020:- Emergency Powers (COVID 19) (No. 2) Order 2020Came into force 24th March 2020 and set to expire 31st March 2020 – extended to April 8th 2020 – repealed Emergency Order No. 1.     • Details road traffic requirements for vehicles (requirement to license remains suspended but cars must be roadworthy).

43.  8th May:- Emergency Powers (COVID 19) (No. 3) Order, 2020

    • The No. 3 Order indicates we are in phase 1b of the country’s gradual opening.
    • Under No. 3 Order businesses with curbside pickup and delivery capabilities will be allowed to operate under specific protocols. The delivery and curbside protocols allow for very little or no person to person contact.
    • International travel restrictions on incoming persons have been relaxed. Under the No. 3 Order citizens, legal residents, and homeowners qualified for economic residency may return to New Providence or Grand Bahama. Before they can enter persons must: 1. register with their closest Bahamas consulate, 2. confirm to MOH they have tested negative for the virus (note they can choose to be tested upon arrival) and 3. The incoming flight must obtain prior approval from Civil Aviation before departing. Upon arrival those persons must self-quarantine for 14 days and are subject to MOH quarantine protocols.
    • The islands in the MICAL constituency, Rum Cay and Ragged Island have had no reported cases of the virus and have been allowed to resume normal commercial activity under physical distancing and mask protocols. Airports in those islands have been allowed to open for persons who are ordinarily resident in Nassau to return home.
    • We remain under a 24 hour curfew and must stay at home unless designated ‘essential’ or travelling to a place that has been approved to operate.
    • It appears the weekend Lockdown Order remains unaffected.
